Although convenient, us travelling to your worksite is far more expensive when compared to telehealth consultations. We’ve been providing services to workplaces and individuals working from home since 2007 so we know how challenging it can be to arrange for an expert to help support your staff health needs.
Improvements with internet connectivity, mass uptake in smart devices and development of telecommunication apps have enabled us to lead the way in delivery of remote health and wellness support services to people attempting to better balance work and life.

Remote health and wellness consultations
Remote telehealth consultations start from $575 (plus GST) per person and are a mix of:
- 2-hour initial consultation via easy to use video conferencing app.
- Unlimited email support.
- Access to our specialised exercise prescription app.
- In-app text messaging.
- Inidvidualised exercise programming for 4 weeks.
Team-based health and wellness consultations
Remote team-based consultations and workshops from $1,950 (plus GST) per group and are a mix of:
- Two 1-hour interactive workshops conducted via easy to use video conferencing app.
- Unlimited email support for 4 weeks.
- Access to our specialised exercise prescription app.
- In-app text messaging.
- Bend the brain or bend the body daily REP Flow Team Challenge.

Life! Program now available in workplaces
We are very proud to be partnering with Diabetes Victoria and the Victorian Government to deliver their very popular and hugely successful Life! program to workplaces in our area. Diabetes, heart disease and stroke are crippling diseases that affect our community. Our pledge is to use our skills and knowledge to support this program and your workplace. This is a fully government funded program FREE to all workplaces for adults at risk of developing diabetes. The purpose of the program is to work with individuals and groups to facilitate changes with diet and exercise to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, stroke and heart disease.
Tackle chronic disease at in you workplace with zero risk. One to One Health Solutions are funded through the Victorian Government to run the Life! program. Completely FREE for workplaces for 12 months.
