About us
One to One Health Solutions was founded by Dr Clint Miller in 2007. One to One Health Solutions’ Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Dietitians continue to deliver individual and group-based health and fitness initiatives to those working onsite at traditional workplaces to those working from home.
Our goal is to use our expertise to facilitate healthy behaviour change for people to find a balance between work and life. To enhance their own health, happiness and wellbeing.
We aim to provide information on this website to support you to trial different strategies to improve your health, fitness and wellbeing.
Why?
We know that exercise is important, but life is busy. Commitment to work and family usually leads to reduced exercise, deconditioning, muscle aches, mental fog, and development of chronic disease. We blame it on age. But it’s a lack of exercise and poor lifestyle choices which makes us feel that way.
What?
We educate, support, and empower people at work and home to improve their lifestyles. We deliver fitness and health initiatives remotely to ensure you or your team receives the right support when they need it most.
How?
We deliver remote telehealth to ensure greater flexibility and access to the very best Exercise Physiologists irrespective of your geographic location.
Who?
We work with people who are serious about improving their fitness and health. You don’t need to be the fittest or the healthiest to work with us. But you do need to be willing and committed for change. We limit the number of clients we support to ensure you receive the highest quality of support.
